Cómo estás? I pray you are well, warm and navigating this exciting month of January with grace. There have been so many things on my mind lately and I am so happy that today I have the time to share some of it. Yes, this is an unusual posting day for me with multiple blogs being published and with subjects from trauma, trickery and true love! So enjoy and you’re welcome for all of the insight and emotions I may be gifting you today! 😂🙏🏽🙌🏽
don’t eat the SEEDS!
When you lean into the seasons that God is bringing you through with confidence in His pruning and His plan, it is absolutely life changing! When we draw near to God, He draws nearer to us. The more we spend time with our Lord Savior, the more we learn His character and His voice.
“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.”
John 10:27-28 ESV
I am so very grateful for what I allowed God to do in, with and through me especially over the last year. Now I have a deeper hunger, thirst and taste for the things of God thank You Jesus! So I am more intentional than I have ever been or knew to be about the things I let in my ear gates as well as take up residence in my thoughts. Spending time in the Word and in God’s presence- every moment worth the fruit and its eternal rewards.
This blog was planted within me last week. Not sure if you’ve ever seen or heard of Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist? In the show Zoey hears people’s thoughts through songs lol. Well so many thoughts and situations cause me to hear songs in my spirit too! It can be both hilarious and obnoxious at times.
First of all, this is absolutely hilarious to me because for as many years ago as this song has been out and I have been singing it- I just realized I was singing the wrong lyrics!!! 🤣🤣🤣 Okay I’m back I promise! 😝 #Focused Alright, so the song which I thought was “We Are Dream Girls” which is ACTUALLY “We’re Your Dreamgirls” 😂 tune popped in my head the lyrics were changed to “We Are MEAN Girls…” Each time it played I knew exactly who it was in reference to!
About the 3rd time that this happened I realized this was a seed from the enemy!!! 😳This was a plot to create division, disunity and mistrust! I immediately shut it down! I will not be deceived or tricked into falling for the enemy’s propaganda of dismantling what God has called me to construct and build for His GLORY!
I will NOT be moved in Jesus’ name! I will continue to pray for those I serve with, am persecuted by and my “enemies”. I will continue to fall at the feet of Jesus and ask for Him to give me the same heart for His people and increase my love for them and show me how to both pray for them and show them Him through my love walk.
My prayer is that you are encouraged today to lean in closer to Jesus so that you recognize His voice and only follow whatever Holy Spirit is leading you to- what seeds God is planting within you. Don’t eat the seeds from the enemy- destroy them so they cannot take root within you, in Jesus’ mighty name!
Let’s Live & Love like Jesus this year more than ever before- On Purpose!
